This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced solely in accordance with the laws of the India and the courts at Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction in this regard. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein.

This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from us if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. In the event of termination, the disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liabilities, damages and remedies set forth in this Agreement shall survive.

The use of the Website for any of the actions listed below shall constitute violations of these terms and conditions:

 b) Intellectual property rights infringement by transmission of protected material, information or designs.

2. d) Actions that intentionally disrupt the Website.

Other similar actions may be likewise deemed to be violations; Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals shall be the sole arbiter of acceptable use of the Website. Violation of these terms and conditions by You may result in the issuance of warnings, suspension or termination of access to the Website, and/or legal action to enjoin violations and/or collect damages.

13. Pricing

Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees. The prices mentioned are inclusive of applicable taxes and such applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price during User’s checkout. Further, the Prices, products and Services may change at Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals discretion.

14. Shipping

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals shipment to the shipping carrier. Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals will use reasonable commercial efforts to meet any time or date for delivery agreed. Notwithstanding this, any time or date for delivery given on the Site is an estimate only and Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals will not be held liable or responsible for any delay or non-delivery nor for any loss, expense or damage whatsoever resulting from any such delay or non-delivery and You shall not be entitled to treat a contract as repudiated by reason of late delivery. 15. Returns and Refunds

Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals does not accept returns or exchanges for its products. Refunds are not offered, and all sales are final.

16. Other

You warrant that the Goods shall only be resold by You in their original form as packaged and supplied by Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals without any breaking down or repacking, without Sri Sai Pharmaceutical's prior written approval. You will not remove, alter or add to the labels on or the leaflets within these packages prior to any such sale without Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals prior written approval.

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
