Shipping Information (India Only)
At Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and to do so we have partnered with the top courier and logistics partners to assure that you receive your order on time and safely with full courtesy and attention. We provide world-class shipping to all our customers that include inspections, fast and on-time delivery, top quality packaging.
The terms and conditions stated in this Shipping policy are subject to change without prior intimation.

The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 3-5 days in major metro cities including Secunderabad/Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh as stated in the table above and can take anywhere between 8-12 days for other locations, from the time the order is confirmed*. All your orders will be dispatched within 5 working days** of order placement.
*Notwithstanding this, any time or date for delivery given is an estimate only and Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals will not be held liable or responsible for any delay or non-delivery nor for any loss, expense or damage whatsoever resulting from any such delay or non-delivery and You shall not be entitled to treat a contract as repudiated by reason of late deliver.
**Working days excludes Sunday and Public holidays.

Shipment Tracking:
Orders placed after Friday, 3:00 PM will be processed for shipment only on the following Monday. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. Also, delivery time estimates may vary slightly from State to State. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays.
The delivery status of the orders shipped can be checked online by entering in the tracking number for your shipment. The tracking number and the web site link for tracking your shipment will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
Order Returns
Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals does not accept returns or exchanges for its products. Refunds are not offered, and all sales are final.
With respect to shipments of Products to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to Products will be shipped FOB our fulfillment center and all risk of loss shall pass to the buyer immediately upon our delivery of the Products to the common carrier. You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information and a valid phone number or email address. In the event that any Product is returned to us as a result of your failure to do so, you shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges that may be applied to the return of the Product to us or in re-sending the Product to you. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error.
Product Availability
We make an earnest effort to make sure that products listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event when we’re not able to process your order due to unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 2 working days from the date you place the order.

PURCHASE POLICY
This Purchase Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions Agreement, and any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Purchase Policy will have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions Agreement. Unless otherwise expressly provided on the Site, if you would like to purchase any merchandise or products offered on the Site (collectively, "Products"), your purchase will be governed by the terms of this Purchase Policy.
I. Our Contract
Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). The Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when the product is dispatched to you.
You authorize us to declare and provide declaration to any governmental authority on your behalf stating the aforesaid purpose of the products ordered by you on the Site.
Payment Methods and Billing
If you wish to purchase Products at the Site, you must provide valid credit or debit card information on the Site's order form. We currently accept the following credit or debit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. By submitting such credit or debit card information, you give Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals permission to charge your purchases to the card that you designate on the order form. We reserve the right to cancel any order, anytime and for any reason. If your credit or debit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, you shall receive a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge. We will not be responsible (i) for any charges that your card issuer may apply to you as a result of our processing your order, (ii) if your card issuer refuses or fails to authorize payment by you, or (iii) for any delays or non-delivery of Products that may arise due to any validation checks that may be carried out regarding your payment or identification..
III. Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, national or international regulations; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance group. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit or debit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your card in the amount of the charge.
