Order Status

1. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once the payment confirmation is received, your order will be registered on our system and we will begin to process it.

You will receive an email containing the details of your order and a confirmation of the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. 124433), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected date of dispatch.

You will also be notified when we ship the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

 2. How do I check the current status of my order?

You can review the status of your orders and other related tracking information by visiting the “My Orders” section. You can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders.

The delivery status of the orders shipped can be checked online by entering in the tracking number for your shipment. The tracking number and the web site link for tracking your shipment will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Orders placed after Friday,3:00 PM will be processed for shipment only on the following Monday.

 3. Why is my order not showing?

You can track all your orders by signing in to your account if you are a registered user.

If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, You may use the below mentioned methods to contact Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals :

 4. Can I order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’?

Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale. Once the product is re-stocked, the product will be available for sale.

 Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

1. How do I cancel an order? Will refund be processed if an order is cancelled?

Orders once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled by the purchaser. Refunds are not offered if an order is cancelled.

2. Can I return a product that I bought on srisaipharmaceuticals.com?

Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals does not accept returns or exchanges for its products. Refunds are not offered, and all sales are final.

3. I have received a damaged /defective /wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

In the event that products are damaged, defective or not in accordance with Purchaser's order, Purchaser's exclusive remedy shall be, at Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals option, replacement of the damaged or defective product or crediting of Purchaser's account. Unless Purchaser notifies Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals in writing within Three (3) days from the date of receipt, that quantities are damaged, defective or not in accordance with the Purchaser's order, it shall be conclusively presumed that such products were in the proper quantity, were not damaged, and were in accordance with Purchaser's order

4. What is your refund policy?

Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals does not accept returns or exchanges for its products. Refunds are not offered, and all sales are final.

1. How do I sign up for a Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals account?

All you need to do is provide us with your name, email address and a password of your choice. It’s that simple!

2. Do I have to have an account to place an order at Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals?

No, you do not, as you can place an order as a guest, by just providing your email address for correspondence.

However, we highly recommend that you do create a Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals account.  Not only will you be able to rate and review products, but also obtain details regarding upcoming discounts on our featured products. After all, shopping more for less is always fun!

3. How do I place an order on www.srisaipharmaceuticals.com?

You can place your order in a few simple steps –

Step 1: Click the 'Add to Cart' button on the products you wish to purchase and they will be added to your shopping cart

Step 2: Register with Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals by clicking on the “Account” button on the top right-hand corner of the page and clicking on “Sign Up”.

When you sign up for your Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals account, you can enter all your details including your address and phone number on to your account page and it will be recorded for future purposes!

While this sign-up step is optional, we highly recommend that you do create a Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals account.  Not only will you be able to rate and review products, but also obtain details regarding upcoming discounts on our featured products.

Step 3: Either you can “Continue shopping” or click on the “Checkout” button to proceed to the next steps.

Step 4: Provide us with your email address, shipping address and payment details. Finally, click on “place order” to go ahead.

Step 5: Once the order is placed, you will see a confirmation page with an order number. Also, we will send you an email confirming your order.

4. Can I edit my order after confirmation?

Unfortunately, you cannot add or remove any product to the order after confirmation.

5. Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes, Definitely! You can do so by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the ‘shipping address’

6. Can I leave items in my shopping bag for future purchase?

Yes, you can leave items in your shopping bag, however the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may get sold out or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag.

1.How can I make a Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals account?

Just click on the “Account” button on the top right hand corner of the page and click on “Sign Up”. Fill in your name, email address and password.

You can even sign up using your Facebook or Google+ account. Yes, it is that simple!

2. How can I save my address on Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals?

When you sign up for your Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals account, you can enter all your details including your address and phone number onto your account page and it will be recorded for future purposes! This way you do not have to keep filling in your details for every new order.

To manage your address(es), visit the “My Account” page and click the “Address Book” tab.

3. What if I have forgotten my account password?

When signing in you can click on the forgotten password link below the sign up area.

You will be redirected to a new page where you will be instructed to fill in your registered email address.

You will receive an email with a link to reset password.

3. What is the 3D Secure Password?

The 3D Secure password is an additional password that you’ll be asked to enter after entering your card details on the payment page. You’ll be redirected to your individual bank’s page where you'll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa cards or Secure Code password for MasterCard cards. Your card-issuing bank will give this password to you and you should have this password prior to shopping on www.srisaipharmaceuticals.com.

Note: 3-D secure password has been made mandatory by the Reserve Bank of India to ensure safer online shopping. This will add an additional layer of security and thus, prevent misuse of a lost or stolen card, as the user will be unable to proceed unless they enter the password associated with your card, created by yourself and known only to you.

5. What measures does Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals take to ensure the products are not damaged during delivery?

We at Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals maintain a very high level of quality control and ensure highest quality of our packaging. To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process, we package our products in boxes and each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

6. Does Sri Sai Pharmaceuticals deliver products internationally?

We do not deliver items internationally.

You will be able to make your purchases on our site only if the delivery address is in India, for which you have to register your email ID in the non-India page for access, after which you could place orders with us.
